As an Overhead Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the crane to move heavy loads in industrial environments, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring production process efficiency. Your duties include assessing machine functionality, preparing the work area, transporting materials, and performing basic equipment maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Continuous crane operation aligned with production schedules; * Identification and resolution of crane-related issues in coordination with the maintenance team; * Planning of preventive crane maintenance; * Assisting the maintenance team during crane maintenance activities; * Maintaining the overhead crane in good working condition; * Unloading goods from supplier trucks and stocking inventory; * Operating the overhead crane responsibly and appropriately, respecting the maximum permitted load capacity; * Careful handling of glass within the factory; * Assisting in the technical training of operators; * Achieving 100% of the daily scheduled tasks; * Conducting inspection and release of the first parts manufactured each day. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience operating overhead cranes; * Excellent organizational and time management skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform tasks with minimal supervision. **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including food basket, transportation allowance, breakfast and lunch provided at the company cafeteria; * Opportunities for career advancement and professional skill development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering learning and professional development opportunities.
