Focused on innovation, it offers products that meet current market needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate and configure industrial sanders, grinders, and other bench tools used for metal surface finishing. Perform part finishing, including sanding, deburring, cleaning, and polishing after welding or cutting processes. Conduct visual inspection of produced parts to ensure finishing quality and absence of imperfections, such as sharp edges or poorly finished welds. Perform basic equipment maintenance, including parameter adjustments, sandpaper and disc replacements, and tool calibration. Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to NR\-12 guidelines. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Cutting Operator, Press Operator, or Welding Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
