We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent, and authentic in everything we do. **Job Description** * Assess equipment operating conditions through daily checklists; * Operate gantry cranes for internal material handling; * Operate forklifts for internal material handling; * Operate truck-mounted cranes during material delivery or collection; * Ensure safe material transportation by guaranteeing proper positioning, center of gravity, and lifting points for correct operation; * Select and ensure use of the correct lifting accessory for each movement; * Maintain equipment condition by monitoring for any abnormalities during working hours; * Conduct periodic inspections of lifting accessories and determine the optimal solution for safely transporting each type of load; * Have experience in cargo lifting procedures; * Inspect lifting equipment and maintain inspection seals; * Assist in improvement activities, painting, and organization; * Comply with responsibilities outlined in the Duty of Care (a document addressing individual and collective commitment to Health and Safety). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Two years of experience operating overhead cranes and/or gantry cranes and/or truck-mounted cranes; **Desirable:** * Training in overhead crane and gantry crane / forklift / truck-mounted crane operation * **Safety First:** Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our effort to develop a world-class safety culture.
