Join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Data analysis * Operations and service improvement; * Monitoring service metrics; * Analyzing team performance; * Creating reports and dashboards; * Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities; * Improving team processes; * Organizing leads and sales funnels; * Monitoring operator/setter productivity; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior knowledge or experience with: Excel/Google Sheets; * Power BI; * CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce); * Dialing platforms; * Dashboards; * SQL (in more structured companies). **Additional Information** Considering employee well-being, \+Pet offers the following benefits: * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Discounts on \+Pet products and services.
