The Operational Supervisor at Grupo VPL is responsible for monitoring and managing the activities performed by the operational team in the vehicle yard. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and support Vehicle Inspectors, Operational Assistants, and Forklift Operators; * Perform administrative tasks, including data entry into systems and control spreadsheets; * Monitor productivity and performance indicators; * Conduct vehicle inspections and organize the yard; * Provide customer service; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Intermediate or advanced computer skills; * Driver's license: Category B; * Experience in people management and oversight of operational tasks; * Must reside in the location of the vacancy; * Availability for travel; * Flexible working hours. **Additional information** * Salary of R$ 2\.515,00 \+ 40% bonus, totaling R$ 3\.521,00 * Meal allowance of R$ 730,00 (monthly) * Health insurance * Birthday day off.
