




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, payments, receipts, cash opening and closing, issuing invoices, and Human Resources Department processes. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and good communication skills. **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for providing in-store customer service and processing payments for offered services; Responsible for receiving funds and managing accounts payable; Cash opening and closing, and invoice issuance; Coordination with Customer Service, Finance/Administration, and Human Resources Departments; Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding documentation processes; Responsible for receivables management, authentications, and other cash-related operations; Control and maintenance of the Electronic Time Recording System. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; administrative courses are a plus; Knowledge of electronic time recording registration and maintenance; Experience in administrative routines and Human Resources Department tasks; Experience as a Cashier, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and bank reconciliation; Ability to work effectively in a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries. **SALARY: COMPETITIVE WITH THE MARKET** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
