Our work is guided by values that shape all our interactions: ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **Key Challenges:** Responsible for operating bale press equipment in accordance with operational procedures and the department’s process map, while ensuring cleaning and maintenance according to the scheduled cleaning plan. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor the bale pressing process by critically analyzing performance indicators per the process map. * Operate department equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), performing necessary adjustments to meet process and quality parameters. * Control product quality through visual inspections, verifying that bales are in perfect condition and free from physical or chemical contamination (e.g., oil, grease, plastic, wood, paper, etc.), segregating defective bales for reprocessing. * Check hydraulic pump oil level, inspecting the piston collar for oil leakage, and immediately reporting any issues to the supervisor. * Verify the operation of recollectors, bale presses, fans, beaters, and cyclones. * Inspect and clean the bale press pit to ensure machine preservation and workplace organization. * Monitor bale weight and press operation via the ammeter; run the crate to the piston press where bales are compressed and bound with wire. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization (housekeeping) per the cleaning schedule, including completing and signing off on related documentation. **Qualifications** Completed high school education; Availability to work rotating shifts; **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
