Focus on quality and compliance with technical specifications **Multifunctional Operator – Chrome Plating** We are seeking a technically oriented professional to work in our chrome plating sector, performing operational tasks requiring a higher level of responsibility, attention to detail, and process control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate machines and equipment, perform basic adjustments, and monitor production process performance * Conduct visual inspections and dimensional control of parts to ensure compliance with technical specifications * Package products according to established standards * Identify, weigh, and record produced components according to process procedures * Handle material movement, machine feeding, and organization of the production flow * Perform gauge changes and support machine setup when required * Complete production records and controls, including the Process Inspection Sheet (FIP) **Requirements:** * Industrial experience, preferably operating machinery * Technical profile with attention to detail and focus on quality * Basic knowledge of dimensional control and technical drawing interpretation is a plus * Commitment to safety and organizational standards * Availability for shift work **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$2\.500,80 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
