Job Summary: Mini-loading operator responsible for roller compaction operations on pavement construction sites, including soil and asphalt compaction, as well as equipment inspection and maintenance. Equipment inspection and basic maintenance *JOB OPENING – MINI-LOADING OPERATOR* *Location:* Itaquera – East Zone *Available Shifts:* * Monday to Saturday, 06:30 to 14:50 (1-hour break) * Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 02:20 (1-hour break) *Salary:* R$ 2\.538,22 \+ 20% hazard pay *Benefits:* * Meal voucher: R$ 12.50/day * Food basket: R$ 138.60 * Transportation allowance *Responsibilities:* * Roller compaction operation on pavement construction sites * Soil, crushed stone, base, and asphalt (cold and hot) compaction * Verification of markings and ground conditions * Equipment inspection and basic maintenance * Usage logging and incident reporting *Requirements:* * Completed elementary education * Minimum 1 year of documented work experience in CTPS * Experience with asphalt mix (hot or cold) *Profile:* Commitment, good communication skills, and flexibility Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
