Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform preventive maintenance on heavy machinery, including yellow line, white line, forklifts, and aerial work platforms, according to manufacturer manuals and established schedules; * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in heavy machinery using appropriate diagnostic tools; * Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components of heavy machinery; * Replace damaged or worn parts using proper tools and procedures; * Adjust and calibrate machine systems to ensure proper operation; * Monitor the performance of heavy machinery and identify potential issues; * Record performed services in a control system; * Serve customers professionally and courteously, providing information about completed maintenance services; * Provide guidance and basic training to heavy equipment operators on safe operating practices and preventive maintenance procedures. Share technical knowledge and best practices with other team members to promote continuous development of technical skills. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in maintenance involving yellow line (heavy machinery) and white line (trucks); * Knowledge of electrical systems and air conditioning; * Ability to perform diagnostics; * Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance; * Valid CNH B driver's license; * Proficiency in complete diagnosis and repair of components (engine, axle, and reducer). **Additional information** * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Health insurance: no monthly payroll cost for the employee – co-payment model; * Life insurance at no monthly payroll cost for the employee; * Bradesco dental plan (with payroll deduction); * Total Pass.
