We have an open opportunity for **internal recruitment** for the position of Manufacturing Process Operator. **Responsibilities and duties** The Manufacturing Process Operator works in the initial stage of the production chain, responsible for manufacturing semi-finished products through mixing, dispersion, and controlled chemical reaction processes. This is a critical function for the product's intrinsic quality, with direct responsibility for parameters such as pH, viscosity, temperature, reaction time, and chemical raw material proportions. * Weigh and dose chemical raw materials; * Operate reactors, mixers, and industrial tanks; * Control critical parameters (pH, viscosity, temperature); * Collect samples for laboratory analysis; * Correct process deviations according to technical specifications; * Ensure batch traceability; * Comply with environmental and chemical safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum of 6 months as a Baumgart Group employee or 6 months since the last promotion; * Technical degree in Chemistry or Industrial Processes (preferred). * Knowledge of SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and chemical product handling. * Basic understanding of industrial organization. * Basic safety procedures. * Ability to read operational instructions. * Basic understanding of quality and rework. * Ability to read technical parameters. * Interpretation of production indicators. **Additional information** Administrative shift: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Benefits offered** Medical assistance, extended to dependents, with no monthly fee (only co-payment for consultations and exams); Dental assistance, extended to dependents, with no monthly fee; Life insurance; Meal allowance of BRL 400.00/month; On-site cafeteria; GymPass (for employee and dependents); Transportation allowance or shuttle service; Pharmacy discounts; Extended maternity leave of 180 days; Extended paternity leave of 20 days; Gamified health monitoring app with access to psychological treatment. **At Vedacit, our greatest motivation is transformation!** Transforming the lives of millions of people by improving housing conditions and making your home our cause!
