Job Summary: Industrial Machine Operator responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring equipment; performing quality inspections; and complying with occupational safety standards. Commitment to occupational safety standards Responsibilities * Operate low-complexity industrial machines and equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines for production start-up or changeover, according to technical specifications. * Continuously monitor equipment performance during the production cycle, identifying and reporting any anomalies or failures. * Conduct visual inspection of manufactured products to ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Record production data, machine downtime, and basic preventive maintenance activities in designated forms or systems. * Perform daily cleaning and organization of the workstation and equipment under your responsibility. * Strictly comply with occupational safety standards and company quality and environmental regulations. Requirements * Incomplete high school education. * Proven experience (minimum 6 months) operating industrial machinery, preferably in the manufacturing sector. * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting production orders and simple technical drawings. * Familiarity with basic measuring tools, such as calipers or tape measures. * Ability to follow work instructions and operational procedures accurately. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. * Knowledge of basic occupational safety standards and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
