Description

Job Summary: Operates and adjusts industrial machines and equipment, interprets technical drawings, and supervises novice operators, ensuring quality and safety in the production process. Attention to workplace organization and safety REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work Monday through Friday; * Availability to work in Jabuti - Eusébio - CE; * Shift availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, calibrate, and operate industrial machines and equipment according to production orders; * Interpret technical drawings and work orders to produce parts; * Adjust cutting, bending, drilling, or machining parameters according to material type and thickness; * Monitor and guide novice operators in departmental activities; * Verify material requisitions and request materials from the warehouse when necessary; * Perform measurements on produced parts using measuring instruments; * Identify and report non-conformities in the production process; * Perform minor adjustments and basic maintenance on equipment; * Maintain workplace organization, equipment preservation, and cleanliness; * Comply with quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and proper use of PPE; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
