Job Summary: Responsible for performing distribution center operational activities—including receiving, picking, storage, and shipping of goods—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Efficiently perform distribution center operational activities. 2. Operate manual and electric cargo handling equipment. 3. Safeguard company assets and comply with safety procedures. * Responsible for performing daily operational activities such as receiving, unloading, verification, storage, picking, load consolidation, shipping, organization, and inventory of goods—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. May perform these tasks using hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, walk-behind pallet jacks, and onboard electric pallet jacks. * Receive, unload, pick, and verify goods. * Store and replenish goods in the distribution center. * Pick, consolidate loads, load, and ship goods from the distribution center. * Conduct material counts (inventory) as requested, reporting results to the supervisor via designated forms or platforms. * Enter data into internal control systems—WMS—using data collectors and related equipment. * Perform safety inspection checklists and operate manual and electric cargo handling equipment. * Replace batteries in cargo handling equipment, adhering to safety rules, as well as cleaning and maintaining equipment. * Follow operational and safety procedures and use required PPE. Immediately report discrepancies, incidents, occurrences, and accidents to your supervisor. * Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S): Everything has its place; everything in its place. Clean, orderly, well-organized, simplified, and efficient. * Safeguard company assets—both physical and human. * Formal Education: Completed Elementary School. * Experience: Over 1 year in related roles.
