You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines and equipment, ensuring process efficiency and quality. Responsibilities: \- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment, adhering to safety regulations and standards \- Perform adjustments and configurations on machines to ensure product quality \- Identify and resolve production issues using appropriate equipment and tools \- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment \- Collaborate with team members to achieve production and quality targets Requirements: \- Experience in machine operation or similar position (preferred) \- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and standards \- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays \- Completion of elementary education Benefits: \- Competitive salary \- Growth and development opportunities \- Dynamic and welcoming work environment \- Skills training and development Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2\.318,56 \- R$3\.272,40 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
