As the **Last Mile Coordinator**, you will be the key piece ensuring our food arrives perfectly at our customers’ homes or businesses. Your challenge is to orchestrate the final leg of our logistics, balancing cost efficiency with an enchanting delivery experience. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Lead the delivery strategy:** You will design a multimodal routing strategy for our B2C customers and B2B partners, ensuring efficiency goes hand-in-hand with quality. * **Ensure frontline excellence:** You will be the guardian of our logistics partner network, ensuring the care we put into production is reflected at the moment of delivery. * **Innovate and optimize:** Implement projects that improve operational costs while simultaneously elevating the customer-perceived service level. * **Manage our network:** Prospect drivers and logistics operators to support our expansion across Brazil, while also focusing on retaining these partners. * **Safeguard quality:** Closely monitor the integrity of our products, ensuring the cold chain is maintained until the very last second. **What qualities are we looking for?** * Availability for in-person work four times per week; * Prior experience in Last Mile logistics operations; * Analytical capability to manage performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience managing teams; * Skills in negotiation and management of third-party suppliers/partners; * A hands-on profile, focused on real-time problem solving. **Work Location** Av.
