Job Summary: Responsible for operating and configuring laser equipment, metalworking machines, panel saws, sanders, and grinders, as well as inspecting product quality and complying with safety regulations. Strictly comply with safety regulations Responsibilities and Duties: * Handle and operate laser cutting equipment; * Configure laser machine parameters—such as power, speed, and focus—to ensure precision and quality of work, under guidance; * Complete checklists to evaluate preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation and prevent failures; * Assist in reading and interpreting low-complexity technical drawings and specifications to ensure products are manufactured according to requirements; request support when necessary; * Operate machines—including metalworking machines, panel saws, sanders, and grinders—as required by the department; * Analyze quality inspection results for finished products, ensuring compliance with established quality standards; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries; * Monitor and organize documentation, maintaining accurate records of operations, maintenance, and adjustments performed; * Perform other related duties; * Carry out additional related tasks. Requirements and Qualifications: * Education: Completed high school (a technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electronics, Automation, or related fields is a plus). * Basic knowledge of operating laser equipment for cutting, engraving, and marking, with emphasis on continuous learning and development of technical skills, and ability to configure initial parameters—such as power, speed, and focus—always under supervision or guidance. * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications, requiring guidance for more complex cases.
