If you want to join a company that values people, believes in innovation, and grows alongside agribusiness, this is your place. ***Help us build the future of agribusiness.*** **\#joinmaqnelson** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Collect clients' economic and financial documents/information, applying technical knowledge and criteria to expedite submission of processes to banks, ensuring compliance with the company’s established policies and deadlines, as well as process quality and accuracy, thereby contributing to achieving the company’s strategic objectives and goals. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct client visits; * Request property registry records and credit certificates from notary offices; * Collect, analyze, and verify received documents, ensuring their accuracy and authenticity; * Update databases for financing process preparation; * Forward documents and databases to Credit Analysts; * Analyze pending processes, identify solutions, and guide clients; * Work in synergy with the commercial team; * Plan and manage client visit schedules; * Monitor and ensure compliance with the company’s credit policies and established deadlines; * Prepare and complete reports, forms, and spreadsheets; * Support the finance department in activities related to fund disbursement and client service; * Maintain a customer focus, anticipate needs, and prioritize activities with the greatest business impact; * Comply with company guidelines outlined in standards and procedures—including code of conduct, IT policies, hiring policies, confidentiality and data privacy, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment; * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in customer service; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Experience in financial routines; * Knowledge of credit lines; * Familiarity with agribusiness is desirable; * **Residence in Itumbiara or Goiatuba;** * **Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B and availability for travel.** **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Life insurance; Gympass; Transportation allowance; Merit-based recognition; Profit-sharing program (PLR).
