Job Summary: Junior Engineering Development and Process Analyst focused on quality documentation, PPAP, FMEA, flowcharts, control plans, and technical support in the plastic injection industry. Plastic injection industry seeks a Junior Engineering Development and Process Analyst in São Paulo (Socorro Neighborhood). **Responsibilities:** Prepare and manage quality and process documentation within the automotive plastic injection segment. Perform preparation, review, and submission of PPAP at levels 01 to 05 for approval prior to commencement of series production. Develop and maintain process FMEA, process flowcharts, control plans, and work instructions. Monitor try\-outs, control samples, and support process capability studies via SPC. Conduct MSA studies and dimensional analyses of parts and components. Provide technical support at interfaces with customers and suppliers for requirement and documentation alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives for production processes jointly with engineering and quality departments. Previous experience as Junior Process Engineer, Industrial Process Analyst, Process Engineering Assistant, or Continuous Improvement Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
