Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for strategic procurement of raw materials and equipment, supplier negotiation, inventory management, and ensuring purchasing compliance for asphalt production. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement management of raw materials and essential equipment. 2. Negotiation and optimization of terms with suppliers. 3. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced project timelines and service durations, contributing to sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Procure raw materials such as bitumen, aggregates (stones, sand, etc.), and other materials used in asphalt production. May also include purchasing spare parts and equipment required for machine and plant maintenance; * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers to consistently secure optimal conditions for the company; * Monitor inventory levels of critical materials to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages. Includes purchase planning to avoid overstocking or stockouts; * Conduct cost analyses to ensure purchases remain within budget and purchasing decisions are economically viable; * Ensure all purchases comply with internal company policies and applicable legislation. Includes creation and archiving of purchase orders, contracts, and related documents; * Track delivery status to guarantee timely arrival and satisfactory condition of materials.
