Job Summary: CNC Machine Operator/Programmer to operate, program, control part quality, and perform autonomous equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating and programming CNC machines 2. Knowledge of Metrology and Reading and Interpretation of Engineering Drawings 3. Third-shift work **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (milling machines, machining centers, and lathes); operate knife cells, including cutting tasks; monitor and record process parameters and part quality; log Production Orders (PO); perform autonomous equipment maintenance according to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checklists; ensure all part lots are clearly identified with their respective Production Orders (PO); deburr, grind, stamp parts using punches, and blast parts when required; operate drilling machines when necessary; lift suspended loads using hoists; manually or electrically handle production parts and materials as needed. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Proven experience as a CNC machine operator/programmer; • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; • Basic CNC training; CNC Programming and Operation course; NR11 – Hoist Safety, Metrology, and Reading and Interpretation of Mechanical Drawings courses. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Third shift: 10:03 PM to 7:00 AM **BENEFITS:** R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 \+ hazard pay \+ night shift allowance \+ benefits Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
