Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for setting up, adjusting, and regulating injection molding machines, as well as inspecting product quality and assisting with maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with injection molding machines and various polymers 2. Assistance in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines 3. Operator training and guidance on production targets Set up and regulate injection molding machines according to production demand. Perform adjustments and mold changes during the process. Inspect the quality of produced parts. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Clean and maintain machines and equipment to prevent mechanical failures causing downtime. Train injection machine operators on basic adjustments. Guide operators regarding production and product quality targets. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Report any machine operational issues. Experience with the following polymers (ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, PEAD, PP, PS, PET). Knowledge of injection molding machine maintenance.
