Conducting preventive inspections and cleaning of equipment An HR recruitment and selection company is seeking a Forklift Operator in Navegantes (Volta Grande). G4 is a young company in the market, operating as G4 HR Solutions since 2010. Its corporate structure includes practical expertise from professionals with over 40 years of experience in multinational companies of small, medium, and large sizes across various Human Resources processes. **Responsibilities:** Move and store goods. Assist in organizing cargo in yards and warehouses. Organize cargo using a data collector. Identify non\-conformities in goods and report them to the supervisor to ensure safe handling. Promote space optimization through warehouse occupancy and verticalization. Perform preventive equipment inspections at the beginning and end of each shift using the equipment checklist. Perform unitization and de-unitization of goods with the assistance of the forklift. Carry out cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment used in the department. Report equipment issues to the manager to request preventive and corrective maintenance. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance service delivery levels and meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct, technical, administrative, socio-environmental, and safety regulations. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Forklift Driver, Logistics Operator, or Cargo Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
