Job Summary: We are seeking a Balloon Extruder Operator responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient production of plastic films by performing setup, monitoring, and process adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Operate balloon extrusion machines (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE or similar) 2. Perform setup and adjustments for plastic film production 3. Monitor process parameters and ensure film quality We are looking for a professional to work as a **Balloon Extruder Operator**, responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient production of plastic films. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate balloon extrusion machines (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE or similar); * Perform machine setup, adjusting temperature, rotation speed, pressure, thickness, and width; * Monitor the production process and make adjustments whenever necessary; * Monitor parameters such as temperature, grammage, thickness, and film quality; * Perform roll changes and adjustments to knives and guides; * Identify and correct operational failures; * Feed the machine according to production orders; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products; * Record production data, losses, and downtime; * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area; * Support the maintenance team during preventive and corrective shutdowns. **Requirements:** * Experience as a balloon extruder operator; * Ability to read and write; * Knowledge of plastic film extrusion; * Ability to read and interpret production orders; * Basic knowledge of industrial safety; * Committed, responsible profile with a results-oriented mindset.
