Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with operators in Brazil 2\. Manage commercial relationships and provide continuous follow-up. 3\. Analyze performance metrics (CPA, Revenue, conversions, traffic) 4\. Optimize campaigns jointly with affiliates to maximize results. 5\. Identify growth opportunities in new niches or with new partners **Role Mission** Develop, manage, and scale relationships with operators in Brazil, maximizing campaign performance and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and optimization strategies. ️ **Must have** 1\. Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance digital marketing. 2\. Experience managing accounts or partnerships. 3\. Knowledge of performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.). 4\. Intermediate/advanced Portuguese proficiency. 5\. Commercial profile with negotiation capabilities. 6\. Proficiency with tracking tools or affiliate platforms **Nice to have** 1\. Prior experience in the Brazilian market 2\. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency 3\. CRM and analytics tool knowledge. 4\.
