A Civil Engineering Company is seeking an Equipment Operator in São Bernardo do Campo. EGD Engineering is a company specialized in civil engineering and construction solutions. Focused on quality and innovation, it provides services that meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, tractors, compacting rollers, and motor graders. Perform excavation, earthmoving, leveling, and soil movement tasks. Assist in site preparation for civil works. Load and unload materials when required. Inspect the machine before use to verify its operational condition. Perform basic maintenance and report malfunctions or repair needs. Comply with safety and operational standards for heavy equipment. Interpret instructions from the engineer or site supervisor. Maintain and clean the machine. Contribute to project progress according to the planned schedule. Work location: São Bernardo do Campo / SP. Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Operations Technician, or Production Line Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
