Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and interpret work orders, estimating execution time, specifying electromechanical and electronic materials and components; * Analyze maintenance histories, estimating time and scheduling for their execution jointly with the PCM department; * Assemble and disassemble motors, general machinery, and equipment, performing necessary maintenance to enhance or correct equipment performance; * Calibrate equipment and level machines and mechanical assemblies, eliminating residues and measuring dimensional parameters; * Provide guidance and conduct training for operators and other maintenance personnel on electronic equipment maintenance, standardizing machine operation according to technical specifications; * Analyze maintenance histories, estimating time and scheduling for their execution jointly with the PCM department; * Install structured systems based on prior project designs, ensuring worker safety and ergonomics as well as mechanical, physical, chemical, and biological protection; * Verify system voltages, resistances of electroelectronic components, circuit currents, power factor, grounding, and insulation; * Prepare service reports documenting anomalies and operational data, creating proper maintenance histories to support future equipment maintenance; * Record parts and material usage, maintenance time, modifications and improvements, and test results for parts and materials; * Adapt components and accessories of parts and equipment, evaluating equipment performance relative to enhanced efficiency; * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production processes—including sections involving electrical panels, automation, and automatic process controls; * Execute and complete preventive, corrective, and predictive service orders—both electrical and mechanical, as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam-related; * Support workplace organization through cleaning and organizing routines, maintaining a healthy and safe environment; * Observe and comply with all safety regulations required for your role, safeguarding your own physical integrity and that of your colleagues. * Comply with Halal requirements; * Carry out area responsibilities, supporting the company by participating ethically, legally, and lawfully in food production, committed to continuously improving safety culture, food quality, and environmental stewardship. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed degree in Electromechanics; * Over 1 year of experience in the field; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance; * NR 10\.
