Description

Job Summary: Will work as a Corrugator Operator, performing tasks such as machine feeding, production adjustments, equipment cleaning and maintenance, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Corrugator operation with focus on machine feeding and adjustment 2. Ensuring production, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment 3. Participation in safety and quality routines (DDS and SGQ) Will perform the duties of a Corrugator Operator, carrying out all activities relevant to the position within the paper industry sector, including feeding machines with the correct rolls specified in the production queue, accurately recording roll information in reports for traceability purposes, properly adjusting the corrugating head/liner machine (roller pressures, glue quantity and application, steam, etc.) to ensure optimal production, performing equipment cleaning and maintenance, complying with SGQ documentation, using recommended PPE according to SDSs and area procedures, actively participating in DDS at the beginning of each shift, and ensuring proper maintenance and use of tools provided for work.
