The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring the material delivery process. In addition, they must continuously seek new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing ones to ensure quality and optimal cost-effectiveness for the company. * Obtain quotations for materials and services, seeking the best price and delivery time conditions. * Negotiate with suppliers to obtain discounts and favorable terms for the company. * Analyze supplier proposals, verifying product quality and supplier credibility. * Issue purchase orders, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with the company's requirements. * Monitor the material delivery process, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and that product quality meets specifications. * Continuously seek new suppliers by conducting market research and evaluating companies' service capabilities. * Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers, resolving potential issues and ensuring long-term partnerships. * Participate in meetings with other company departments to align purchasing needs and ensure smooth internal processes. * Prepare purchasing department performance reports and metrics to support the company's strategic decision-making.
