A metallurgical company is seeking a Welding Robot Operator Jr I in Boituva (Downtown). Ethos is an IT technology solutions company, providing consulting and software development services. Focused on innovation, the company strives to meet its clients' specific needs. **Responsibilities:** Transport the assembly using an overhead crane and secure it to the fixture. Initiate (start) the specific program for the assembly to be performed and monitor the robot during operation. Perform routine maintenance on the welding torch and wire feeding system. This may include, but is not limited to, torch maintenance, torch assembly, torch cable support hardware, torch cleaner, water chiller, contact tips, gas diffusers, insulators, nozzles, drive rolls, welding wire guides, welding wire conduit, and welding wire changeovers. Interpret common error codes, recover from common errors, and document information regarding any equipment-related issues, reporting them to appropriate personnel. Verify weld compliance of the robot. Position located in Boituva / SP. High school diploma required.
