




Job Summary: Responsible for public service, cash collection, cash register opening and closing, issuing invoices, and HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with various departments and a strong focus on customer service. **Reporting to the department manager, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for serving store customers and processing payments for services offered; Responsible for receiving funds and managing accounts payable; Cash register opening and closing, and invoice issuance; Collaborating with Customer Service, Finance/Administration, and Human Resources departments; Managing employee onboarding and termination documentation processes; Handling receivables, authentications, and other cash register operations; Controlling and maintaining the Electronic Time Recording System. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; administrative courses are an advantage; Knowledge of electronic time recording registration and maintenance; Experience in administrative routines and HR department activities; Experience as a Cashier Operator, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank reconciliation; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Must deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
