Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative operator to perform customer acquisition and promote sales of financial products and services at Atacadão. Key Highlights: 1. Customer acquisition and sales of financial services We are hiring for the Atacadão store in Mogi Mirim, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. We seek a communicative profile, as the operator will work at Atacadão, approaching customers to offer our credit cards, insurance, and loans. They will have a performance target, and their results will be evaluated accordingly. They will also have access to an e-learning platform and on-the-job training to guide and train new card operators. Salary: R$2\.469,00; statutory benefits including transportation voucher (6% employee contribution), on-site cafeteria, 13th salary, paid vacation, co-payment health plan, dental plan, and 14th salary. Additionally, exclusive job benefits include a career development plan; operators achieving targets earn points redeemable for vouchers from partner companies (Shopee, CVC, restaurants, etc.), where each point equals R$1.00, with up to 260 points earned monthly. Also, banking certification will be provided for those who do not yet hold it; valid for 5 years. About the Role: Customer acquisition within store departments; promoting and selling financial products and services (credit cards, insurance, loans). Prerequisites: Completed high school education, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
