Card Operator (Sales)

Description

We are hiring for the Atacadão store in Mogi Mirim, working from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. We seek a communicative candidate, as the operator will work at Atacadão, approaching customers to offer our credit cards, insurance policies, and loans. The operator will have performance targets, and their results will be evaluated. They will also have access to an e-learning platform with courses and on-the-job training to support new card operators. Salary: R$2\.469,00; statutory benefits including transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction), on-site cafeteria, 13th salary, paid vacation, co-payment health plan, dental plan, and 14th salary. Additionally, this position offers exclusive benefits: a structured career path; operators who meet their targets earn points redeemable for vouchers from partner companies (Shopee, CVC, restaurants, etc.), where each point equals R$1.00, and operators may earn up to 260 points per month. Also, operators will receive a banking certification valid for five years, if they do not already hold one.
