Job Summary: Responsible for performing bodywork and painting services on vehicles, machines, and implements, aiming for their perfect operation and extended service life. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous innovation with a focus on excellence Responsible for performing bodywork and painting services on trucks, tractors, machines, implements, light and heavy vehicles, repairing and/or replacing damaged parts, restoring their condition, and making them available for use, aiming for their perfect operation and extended service life, pursuing continuous improvement, and ensuring achievement of targets at the Nardini Agroindustrial unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Comply with company safety standards, using required personal protective equipment for each activity and performing tasks safely. * Participate in the department’s DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), attentively listening to guidance to prevent unsafe conditions or acts during task execution. * Perform activities according to company procedures, correctly using chocks, hydraulic jacks, and tools specific to the task. * Carry out additional maintenance activities according to individually acquired skills, aiming to meet service requests during peak periods and develop new knowledge. * Perform bodywork and painting services on trucks, tractors, machines, implements, light and heavy vehicles, using necessary equipment and tools to dent-removal, welding, sanding, preparation, painting, and polishing damaged parts, aiming to restore them and make equipment available for use. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, windows, body panels, window channels, window mechanisms, and other components related to vehicle cabs and bodies, as well as light and heavy machinery, including cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of parts when necessary to ensure proper operation of these components. * Prepare parts as needed using oxy-acetylene welding or fiberglass repairs, preparing materials and sanding the application area to best recover damaged equipment. * Develop visual identification and promotional graphics on light and heavy vehicles, machines, and agricultural implements, applying logos and fleet numbering to equipment, aiming to promote visual standardization and identification for automotive control purposes. * Perform other related tasks, according to operational responsibilities assigned by leadership. * Control parts and materials used in maintenance, as well as their usage and reuse, ensuring agility in activity execution and service delivery. * Perform adjustment, cleaning, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment used in activities, through calibration, repairs, and replacement of damaged parts, aiming to ensure service quality and equipment preservation. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, storing materials and tools in appropriate locations, performing partial cleanings, avoiding accumulation of waste and material scraps at the work site. * Report maintenance parameters—such as services performed or pending, materials, parts, etc.—by completing specific forms or directly entering data into the Maintenance Information Management System, to keep the system updated, support decision-making, and monitor equipment performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience. **Education**: Completed high school **Specific Knowledge**: Driver’s License Category B / Painting course **Desired Knowledge**: Vocational training course. **Additional Information** * Health Assistance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Voucher * Company-provided shuttle bus * On-site cafeteria \- PMRN \- Performance-Based Incentive Program * Educational partnerships offering discounts on various courses We are proud to say we are large because our nature is to look toward the future—over five decades strong.
