* Operate mixing, thermoplastic resin grinding, and twin-screw extrusion equipment; * Handle thermoplastic resin plasticization and grinding equipment; * Feed gravimetric dosing silos; * Request and verify Production Orders, paying attention to their specifications to prevent mix-ups or variations that could affect product quality and equipment operation; * Weigh batches using available scales to ensure correct final product formulation; * Homogenize batches using mixers to ensure uniform feeding of plasticization equipment; * Bag and label finished products using manual or automatic bagging and labeling systems, ensuring product traceability; * Perform general setup by cleaning equipment and changing tooling to ensure high-quality production; * Assist in cleaning dust collectors in the production unit to ensure product quality and reduce environmental impact; * Be responsible for equipment operation, operational quality, visual inspection of products, and equipment performance, monitoring processes to prevent rejections and rework; * Participate in equipment effectiveness improvement processes through provided methodologies and programs (TPM, Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc).
