Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating the baler and managing plastic scraps, implementing the 5S methodology, supporting production operations, performing preventive/corrective equipment maintenance, and maintaining the yard. Key Highlights: 1. Control and baling of plastic scraps for reuse 2. Implementation of the 5S methodology to maintain an organized workplace 3. Support to production and equipment maintenance departments Baler Operation and Plastic Scrap Management: Perform control, sorting, and baling of plastic scraps to contribute to material reuse and optimization. 5S Implementation: Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 5S program guidelines. Support to Production Departments: Assist operations in film extrusion, cutting, and finishing departments as needed to ensure continuous production. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Collaborate on minor equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors. Yard Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform cleaning and organization of the company yard to ensure safety and proper functioning of the environment.
