**Requirements:** * Machinery Operator training course; * Prior experience operating a backhoe is preferred; * Knowledge of excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling; * Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and upkeep of heavy machinery; * Willingness to work on construction sites and travel when required. **Responsibilities:** * Operate backhoe for earthmoving, excavation, and material handling tasks; * Perform trench excavation and backfilling, soil grading, and support construction teams; * Conduct daily machine inspections to verify operational conditions and safety; * Maintain equipment cleanliness, proper usage, and overall preservation; * Support the operational team in meeting project schedules; * Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Compensation:** * R$ 2\.300,00 **Working Hours:** * Commercial schedule, 44 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM)
