We are currently experiencing robust growth and expansion — so, **SHALL WE GROW TOGETHER?** The role of **Transport Administrative Assistant** aims to provide support to the administrative area of the transport department as well as commercial areas, including issuing fiscal documents, scheduling pickups, supporting drivers, tracking and dispatching orders to meet the company’s needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily logbook completion; * CIF pickups; * FOB pickups; * Carrier registration; * Driver and vehicle registration; * CTe issuance; * Trailer scheduling; * Folder and driver reconciliation (Vila Nova / Exportation); * Driver support; * FOB Pickup Order and Back Haul issuance; * Vehicle mirroring; * Spreadsheet filling (APEX); * Command dispatch (ONIX). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level** * Completed High School * Pursuing a degree in Logistics or related fields is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of documents and processes; * Skills in systems and software; * Basic logistics knowledge; * Familiarity with documentation and archiving; * Communication and customer service skills; * Basic understanding of inventory control and monitoring. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Medical Plan (for employee and dependents) * Dental Plan (for employee and dependents) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Shopping Voucher * Transportation Allowance or Commuter Pass * On-site meals * Meal Voucher * Wellhub (Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days) **Note:** * In-person work from Monday to Friday, 4:45 AM to 2:15 PM at our Osasco, São Paulo unit. ### **Why Join Grupo Vila Nova?** At **Grupo Vila Nova**, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll find stability, professional development, and real opportunities for growth.
