Valuation of responsible work and good interpersonal relationships The Farm is a rural property dedicated to citrus production (oranges and acid limes), covering approximately 80 alqueires, with a lean team that values responsible work, care for the crop, and harmonious collaboration among employees. The company prioritizes appropriate agricultural practices, attention to production quality, and commitment to proper crop management. **Job Responsibilities** * Operate agricultural tractors and implements (sprayer, brush cutter, blade, and fertilizer spreader); * Support citrus crop management activities; * Perform basic equipment maintenance (filter replacement, simple tightening); * Clean the tractor weekly (every Friday); * Work according to the owner's technical and operational instructions; * Ensure the conservation of machinery, tools, and the workplace. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating tractors and agricultural implements; * Driver's license category AB; * Proactive, responsible, and committed profile. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 1-hour lunch break **Salary** * R$ 2.400,00 net **Benefits** * Meal allowance: R$ 250.00 (paid in cash); * On-farm housing (water, electricity, and internet included – 2 bedrooms); * Uniforms provided by the company; * CLT employment regime with registration on the first day.
