Manage teams and administrative routines Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in team management and administrative routines is required; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Promote the culture and value of volunteer work by encouraging solidarity and citizenship, addressing social needs and improving patients' and companions' quality of life, expanding and enhancing volunteer work across various areas, transforming social needs into opportunities for solidarity-based participation; * Coordinate activities related to institutional expansion projects and construction works, as well as technical and administrative support areas, approving certain services and monitoring adherence to established schedules; * Collaborate with administrative departments to address issues such as malfunctioning equipment and machinery, defective transportation vehicles, etc., and expedite budgeting and approval processes; * Participate in quality subcommittees (Humanization, Customer Service Center, Outpatient Clinic, and Waste Management) to improve information effectiveness and customer service quality; * Conduct daily visits to units and consult each staff member regarding their needs, striving to fulfill them within feasible limits while observing priorities; * Monitor purchase items exceeding delivery deadlines, negotiating with the Procurement Department or suppliers to expedite deliveries; * Manage the Fixed Assets and Equipment System in coordination with Maintenance Units and the Central Equipment Department; * Coordinate activities at the hospital's Playroom, aimed at enhancing children's self-esteem and mitigating hospital-related trauma; * Perform other duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. 251204020218566326
