About the position **Required qualification:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy. **Requirements and preferences:** Administrative experience, preferably in the education sector and with teaching responsibilities. **Knowledge requirements:** Computer literacy (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, internet); Administrative routines. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Substitute teachers when they are unavailable; Participate in and contribute to pedagogical and administrative meetings, planning sessions, studies, and projects; Review lesson plans developed by teachers; Assist in developing and producing teaching-pedagogical materials; Help organize and complete official documents; Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational plans, programs, and projects; Attend school-organized events; Assist in preparing reports and other clerical tasks. ⏰ Working hours 40 hours per week **Hourly wage:** R$ 18.80 Salary and benefits **Salary:** R$ 3.948,02 **Benefits that make a difference:** ✅ Life insurance ✅ Unimed health plan ✅ Meal allowance/food voucher (R$ 1.00 deduction) ✅ Quality of Life Incentive Program ✅ Incentives for training and professional development ✅ Discounts on Sesc activities (dentistry, education, gym, restaurant, hotels, and more) Bibliographic references SANTA CATARINA (State).
