If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct rapid analyses and ad\-hoc studies to support strategic decisions, responding to specific demands from various departments; * Manage and implement end\-to\-end low\-complexity data projects, ensuring effectiveness and innovation; * Actively participate in medium\-complexity projects, executing tasks autonomously and with analytical precision; * Collaborate on high\-complexity projects, bringing technical expertise and creative solutions under senior supervision; * Develop classification and regression algorithms, and models to identify nonlinear relationships among variables; * Understand and apply neural networks in appropriate contexts; * Create and maintain technical, business, and presentation documentation related to data activities; * Promote a data\-driven culture across different teams within the company, acting as a data evangelist. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Metabase, Tableau), Python, and its statistical and visualization libraries; * Ability to understand and manipulate large volumes of data; * Proven experience building machine learning models and delivering analytical solutions with minimal supervision; * Knowledge of AWS tools and services; * Proficiency in agile methodology and familiarity with all related ceremonies; * Strong critical thinking skills and ability to execute specific tasks requiring deep subject\-matter expertise; * Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and active listening; * Commitment to deadlines and responsibilities; * Passion for mathematics, statistics, science, and programming, along with the ability to apply these competencies to drive business impact; * Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in machine learning, data science, and technology. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Birthday Day Off:** On your special day, you get a day off to celebrate however you like. **Life Insurance:** To take care of our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Insurance Plan:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Insurance Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
