Job Summary:
Assist in organizing and executing cultural activities, manage the circulation of materials and collections, and draft internal communications.

***Duties and Responsibilities***
Assist in organizing and executing cultural activities;
Submit service requests and create SDCVs;
Manage material circulation, including loans, returns, renewals, and reservations;
Perform shelf reading and organization;
Execute inter-unit material courier services, handling dispatch and receipt of materials;
Generate reports and statistics on collection usage and services provided;
Organize and maintain an updated collection;
Organize internal courier services, transporting documents and materials between departments;
Draft internal communications and notices to keep all staff informed about news and updates;
Register official letters and documents from the Campus Central Library.
***Requirements***
* Completed High School education;
* Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences;
* Strong oral and written communication skills;
* Good interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility;
* Availability to work Tuesdays through Fridays, from 12:50 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 10 minute break;

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Salary: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month
