Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, sales, and organization in a stationery store, ensuring excellence and a positive customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to delivering excellent service and a positive customer experience. **A medium-sized graphic arts and stationery company located in the Cidade Nova I neighborhood of Indaiatuba is hiring a Stationery Store Attendant.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person by identifying their needs and recommending the most suitable products; * Conduct sales, process payments, and enter product information into the system; * Organize, restock, and price store products while keeping the store clean and well-organized; * Support departmental operational routines to ensure smooth store operations; * Assist the Service Consultant whenever necessary; * Place product replenishment orders and monitor inventory organization; * Contribute to delivering excellent service and providing a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Must reside in Indaiatuba; * Experience in customer service or retail; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Proficiency with computer systems and basic mathematical calculations; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, agility, proactivity, and teamwork. **Work Schedule:** Work is conducted **on-site**, in the Cidade Nova I neighborhood, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays: * **Week 1:** Monday to Friday, **8:12 AM to 6:00 PM** (Saturday off); * **Week 2:** Monday to Friday, **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, and Saturday, **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$2,000.00; * Monthly attendance bonus: R$110.00; * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Discount on store products. After probationary period: * Meal allowance: R$200.00; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Starbem; * DASA Saúde Immediate Care; * Birthday Day Off.
