Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling, processing, and organizing linens in a hospital environment, ensuring proper distribution and recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Recording information in the system and collecting linens **LAUNDRY ASSISTANT \- PCD (2430\)** **Responsibilities:** Removing linens from washers and transferring them to dryers, as well as removing them from dryers and distributing them among drying racks, calenders, and folding tables. Also includes folding, sorting, assembling kits, packaging, and preparing materials for distribution. Additionally, monitoring linen transport within the hospital to ensure delivery to central, satellite, ground-floor, and external linen rooms. Responsibilities also include entering washed clothing data into the Tasy system, collecting linens from internal and external departments, sorting, weighing, and organizing materials for transport to the laundry, as well as classifying them by type according to established programs.
