Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Loading/Unloading Assistant is responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring organization and safety throughout the process. This professional works under supervision, performing operational tasks to guarantee efficiency in goods handling. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in loading and unloading materials following provided instructions. Organize and sort products according to specifications. Conduct material verification, checking quantities and quality. Assist in cargo assembly, ensuring proper item distribution. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Maintain workplace safety by adhering to established norms and procedures. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow. Report any issues or irregularities to the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in this field is a plus; Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; Attention to detail and organizational skills; Availability to work flexible hours.
