* Elementary education (completed or incomplete) * Prior experience on construction sites preferred (not mandatory) * Willingness to perform physical labor * Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork * Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other construction professionals * Prepare concrete, mortar, and other materials * Transport materials, tools, and equipment on the construction site * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace * Assist in loading and unloading materials * Comply with occupational safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) * Support assembly and disassembly of simple structures * Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor
