




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing, applying, and controlling the quality of varnishes on metal surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish while adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and application of varnishes on metal surfaces 2. Operation and control of application equipment 3. Visual inspection and quality assurance of the finish Prepare metal surfaces for varnish application by cleaning, degreasing, and verifying part conditions; prepare and adjust varnish according to technical specifications, performing dilution and mixing as required; operate varnish application equipment and booths, spray guns, or automated coating systems; control application parameters such as pressure, viscosity, layer thickness, and drying or curing time; position and handle parts on the production line or in drying ovens; conduct visual inspections to verify uniformity, gloss, coverage, and absence of defects such as runs, bubbles, or flaws; make minor process adjustments to ensure finish quality; clean and maintain equipment, spray guns, tanks, and work areas; record production and material consumption data; follow safety regulations when handling chemicals and flammable substances, correctly using PPE; collaborate with the production team to maintain line flow and meet quality and productivity targets.
