Guarantee of finish quality and durability * **Painter – 1 permanent position** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:45 PM; shift rotation possible if required... (thus, availability for shift rotation is mandatory). Salary: BRL 2,500.00 per month + 10% hazard allowance (calculated on the monthly salary). **Benefits:** Meal Voucher BRL 30.00 + Food Voucher BRL 200.00 per month + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR) BRL 1,334.00 annually + Bradesco Health Plan (no deduction from the employee; BRL 10.00 per dependent) + Porto Seguro Dental Plan BRL 10.00 per person + Life Insurance (no employee deduction). **Education / Technical Courses / Training Required:** * Completed high school or elementary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial settings. * Proficiency in tools, knowledge of chemical products and dilutions. * Knowledge of painting techniques and tool handling. * Valid NR-35 certification for work at height is mandatory. **Required Knowledge / Tasks to Be Performed:** Responsible for building, industrial, floor, and pipe painting; surface preparation and coating application on walls, ceilings, metal structures, and wood—ensuring finish quality and surface durability. Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, scraping, and removing old paint or rust to ensure adhesion. Correction: Applying filler paste, acrylic compound, or plaster to level surface imperfections. Execution: Applying primers, paints, varnishes, or textured finishes using rollers, brushes, or airless spray equipment. Mixing: Preparing colors and consistencies according to technical specifications. **Work at height / painting at height** Cladding and Finishing: Installing tiles, ceramics, and porcelain tiles. Maintenance and Repair: Performing renovations, structural repairs, and waterproofing. Operation and Tools: Preparing mortar (mixture of cement, sand, lime), operating concrete mixers. Safety and Organization: Cleaning and organizing the worksite, assembling scaffolds, and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (provided by the company). Must isolate and protect areas not to be painted (furniture, baseboards, floors). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
