Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, scraping, and removing old paint or rust to ensure adhesion. Correction: Applying filler paste, acrylic compound, or plaster to level surface imperfections. Execution: Applying primers, paints, varnishes, or textured finishes using rollers, brushes, or airless spray equipment. Mixing: Preparing colors and consistencies according to technical specifications. **Work at height / painting at height** Cladding and Finishing: Installing tiles, ceramics, and porcelain tiles. Maintenance and Repair: Performing renovations, structural repairs, and waterproofing. Operation and Tools: Preparing mortar (mixture of cement, sand, lime), operating concrete mixers. Safety and Organization: Cleaning and organizing the worksite, assembling scaffolds, and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (provided by the company). Must isolate and protect areas not to be painted (furniture, baseboards, floors). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
