Contribute to plant sustainability and efficiency About the job Our Quality team is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to work onsite in Poços de Caldas \- MG at our dairy factory. Your main responsibilities will be: * Implement, sustain, and evolve Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and IWS policies, systems, and tools in partnership with Production, Utilities, and support areas. * Ensure compliance with internal requirements and applicable Brazilian legislation, guaranteeing product integrity and quality, and consumer safety. * Lead complex audits and analyses, validating critical processes (e.g., cleaning, storage, pasteurization, and sanitary conditions) and ensuring adherence to established standards. * Serve as the technical reference, analyzing data to anticipate risks, define strategies, and lead continuous improvement projects, with a focus on contamination prevention and operational excellence. * Audit and validate processes and equipment according to quality, cleaning, sanitization, and food safety standards; report conformity indices to QSA Management and maintain the production process change management system. * Conduct evaluations of consumer/client complaints and technical defects, performing root cause analysis (IPS/UPS) and tracking action plan progress and targets. * Ensure maintenance and updating of the Quality Management System and the Food Safety Management System (Inspection/Testing Plans, HACCP, Centerline, Jidoka, and Prerequisite Programs), auditing records and evidence of compliance. * Ensure application, validation, and monitoring of CIP United (cleaning, sterilization, and sanitization), including operational times, sanitary status, performance indicators, audits, and corrective actions, reporting results and execution plans. * Conduct evaluations of non-conformities and potentially unsafe products, validating correction and disposition (stock retention/write-off) and corrective actions per management systems. * Contribute to the Environmental Management System by proposing improvements to reduce water, chemical, energy, and steam consumption, aligned with plant sustainability and efficiency goals. About you * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or related fields. * Root cause analysis and problem solving. * Process auditing and compliance verification. * Data interpretation (reports, RCs, spreadsheets). * Cleaning and sanitization programs. * Group procedures and requirements related to the Quality Management System and Food Safety. * Negotiation techniques. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic routine, with strong organization and priority management (priority vs. importance vs. urgency).
